City of Melbourne has partnered with the Arts Centre Melbourne’s The Channel to make it easy for schools to create music for the Federation Bells.

There is a comprehensive resource kit for guiding students through the composition process in the classroom.

Alternatively bring your students into the city to learn with the experts from the The Channel. Into the Music: Federation Bells is a fun, educative and affordable school excursion.

In all cases, the completed compositions will be performed on the Federation Bells in Birrarung Marr, and the students will have an oppportunity to hear their works played live.
